How I Wore My Heels: Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Day 1
Yep, I went to Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week last week. Pretty sure you can tell by now from the gazillions of posts up, right? And yep, I wore my heels. (Um, when your name is I Heart Heels it would pretty much be a crime not to wear them.)
This was Day One for me at Lincoln Center on Thursday, although I had already been in town for a couple of days for the Lucky Magazine FABB conference. Apologies for the squinting, but up until this very moment when I walked out of the tents, it had been cloudy and rainy. Therefore, my Ray-Bans were tucked away in my Minkoff – ugh. (fashion girl problems)
Here’s how I wore my heels:
* Black cardigan by BB Dakota (love the bracelet sleeves and bow detail at the neck…I’ve been wearing this for several seasons…shhhh!)
* Striped dress from Thorn by Nancy Rose (the back is actually open with the exception of a couple of straps…day to night in an instant!)
* Gold/black bracelet from MaxandChloe.com (I wear this with tons of things!)
* Earrings from local shop, Masons
* Black satchel by Rebecca Minkoff from TJ Maxx (This was a birthday present from my husband, D. Swoon. Gotta love a husband with great taste like that, right? Wink. Ok, ok, I picked it out!)
* Black slingback heels by Schutz (These held up for quite awhile, but after an entire day in them, let’s just say we’re just now back on speaking terms. Haha.)
BONUS? My cool Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week press pass around my neck. 🙂
