Shhh…Heels That Are Quiet?
Just looks at this adorable shoe! And shhhhh…it’s QUIET. No, really! When I was approached by New York-based shoe designer Mary Arnett about her Ssh-oes label, I was def impressed. A pretty shoe that doesn’t make the clacking noise that can be so, so embarrassing (remember The Clackers from The Devil Wears Prada??)? I had to know more.
So, I was sent the black suede Kate peep-toes (shown here, $149) to try out for myself. First of all, I couldn’t believe the comfort. The slingback style has an elastic strap to go behind the foot (made of a “blister-free” Lycra, as Mary calls its) – and it’s really easy to slide on when in a hurry (which I always am). It also has a memory foam padded insole and a four-inch-heel that doesn’t even seem so because of the comfort. I mean, really. Why can’t all shoe labels do the comfort thing?

I would love to own these silent shoes! I loveee my peace and quiet(I could probably be a monk and live in complete silence, honest) and if I had a gorgeous shoe like this where I could go out and take my peace and quiet with me, would be complete winning! I really want to own these!
