Having it Made with a Molly Maid Clean House
As a working mom of two, I feel like this time of year can be very draining, especially without a clean house. Ok, it is. And I definitely feel that way with bus duty after school, then basketball practice, cooking dinner, homework – oh, and running those three miles I try to squeeze in for the day! After awhile, I suppose it becomes a little second nature and you don’t realize quite as much how busy you really are, but I find that if I don’t have a team of people helping me out, I am truly lost. And who has time for a clean house?? Let’s face it, it’s downright hard working, even harder being a mom and triple hard when you try to do it without help. That’s why I choose to have Molly Maid of Greater Little Rock on my team of helpers because I truly believe that clutter leads to anxiety and chaos. Ahhhhhh – I really can’t stand a mess!
A Clean House is Nice
So, Molly Maid cleaned my house last week, and ever since then I’ve felt more relaxed, like I’m ready for the holiday season and I’m not ready to trip over someone’s shoes on the floor (I confess, they were probably mine…sigh). The Molly Maid team is so professional that I can always count on them to show up at the scheduled time, and they’ll even check in with me during the day to update me on how things are going with my nice, clean house. My house was like a train wreck, so it took all morning, but you can schedule only certain rooms to be cleaned when you want and how you want. I usually leave a note for the team if there is a room I don’t want cleaned or specific directions. They take care of the rest! (And actually when I had babies around, I would even leave eco-friendly cleaning products. They gladly use them for you!)
Kids Love A Clean House, Too
What’s funny is my kids also really look forward to Molly Maid coming to clean. My son says, “I love how they make my bed.” Of course, that makes me laugh because who on Earth doesn’t love their bed made (especially my kids who hate making their bed!), and that’s also my own favorite part. If I had an unlimited budget, I would have Molly Maid clean every day of my life. Can we dream here?? So, of course, the first thing my little C. does is plop down in his favorite chair and get on his Chromebook, while little L. checks out how clean her room is by rolling around on her “new bed.” Molly Maid even arranged our little gingerbread houses we made over Thanksgiving break on the dining room table.
All the Trinkets
I must admit I own a lot of trinkets, and every year when we visit the beach, the kids make pottery. We have an entire
“Seaside” shelf devoted to that now, and bless Molly Maid’s perfect, cleaning heart that they always pick all of that up and dust those shelves. That’s what I’m talking about – above and beyond!
Bathroom Best
And not to forget, the dreaded bathroom cleaning. I really loathe cleaning the bathrooms, so what a treat to come home to a clean shower, and all of my products so beautifully arranged. Molly Maid always takes extra-special time to organize my zillions of beauty things – from hairspray to nail polish to the tiniest eye creams – that I can’t seem to find time to organize myself. And that’s something that makes my heart skip a beat.
We love you Molly Maid, and we are so thankful for you this holiday season. And now that we have a clean house, we can truly enjoy each other because at our house we believe “the greatest gift is your family.”
