Because a Great Mascara is Completely Important
With mascara it’s a love ’em or leave ’em type of deal, am I right? You can’t possibly got through life without a few great ones on the ready. So…it’s been my job, so that you don’t have to, to test out all of Revlon‘s latest (great!) mascaras. Trust me when I say you’re going to find one out of the bunch you’ll want to keep around.
Volume + Length Magnified (“the blue one”)
This is the one I’ve used the most! I chose it because I’m always needing more volume – amen?! But, also length. Why on earth did my son get the lashes in the family, I’ll never know. Not to mention, my lashes are blonde! This formula is great at helping me look like I actually have lashes, and most importantly, it doesn’t clump (that is the all-time worst).
Dramatic Definition (“the purple one”)
This formula is another fav of mine (calm down – I know right? more than one fav!). I kinda adore the skinny wand it boasts; it realllllly feels like all of my lashes are being coated one at a time. Some mascaras just don’t give you that good feeling. The bristles here are tiered so every lash is separated, and the Virgo in me kinda gets goosebumps over how incredible this is.
Mega Multiplier (“the aqua one”)
A unique formula of fibers and 360 tubes, if you wanna look like you’re wearing mascara, this one is the ticket. It’s bold and plumps those lashes. I mean, really who wouldn’t want that? What’s the point in wearing mascara if you can’t even see those lovely lashes? Wink.
Ultra Volume (“the pink one”)
Who doesn’t want a cutesy pink tube for their mascara? Sign me up! But, really, this one is designed to hold AND it does the trick with conditioning and triple grooves (hence, that’s why it actually holds!). I peeked online at some reviews and it’s getting quite the stars. You might wanna add this one to your basket, girls.
Ultimate All-in-One (“the red one”)
This is the grandmama of them all. It’s like if you combined all the best features of everything above and put them into this one. I personally don’t prefer it as much as some of the others because I like how the other formulas can specifically target what you really want (volume! definition! color!). But, hey, everyone has a fav and this one just might be yours.
And at drugstore prices ($5.99), you can afford to try all of these. Loves it.
Check back next week for the new serum I’ve been using from Vega Lash! If you thought your lashes looked great with mascara alone, this primer/serum will really make a difference in how thick and full your lashes are. I stopped using it for awhile, and I swear I’ll never go without it again. Stay tuned…
Disclaimer: Revlon sent me these mascaras for testing and review. I did not receive compensation for this post. As always, all opinions are my own. Thanks for stopping by.
