Whiny Wednesdays: Potty Training and Zoocchini Fairy Tail Training Pants
I get it. This is a fashion blog. But I wanna scream from the rooftop my little L. is potty-trained…squeal!!! I mean, she’s 2, y’all . (and honestly if I had more diligence earlier on, she would’ve been at one.) She’s a mastermind. Ok, fine. She loves getting treats. And pretty training pants. That counts as fashion in this house some days.
Would you look at these training pants?? The week before Christmas I approached daycare and said I think she’s ready. They said, oh, she’s more than ready. Let’s do this. So as a team, we conquered potty training before Christmas and during the break. Voila. Girls are so easy. Bless you, boy moms.
They told me she needs the thicker training pants at first. This is where Zoocchini enters into the picture. My sister took one glance at these adorable things on vacation and almost fainted. They’re. That. Cute. We’re talking, I wish I had a set myself.
Potty Training Made Pretty
She’s been wearing the set of three Fairy Tails, which includes a unicorn, mermaid and pony (of which little C. exclaimed, “none of those even exist!” when she opened them Christmas morning). Oh, the irony.
The colors are bright and perky just like my little L. and they fit just perfectly (she’s wearing the 2T-3T and is on the smaller side). Oh, I can’t forget to mention they’re soft, organic and designed in the USA! At $32 for a set of 3 or $11.99 for a pair, I now have a training pants fund and I don’t mind. I can’t wait to buy the next size up…squeal! These are so much more quality than any others she owns. And what’s more? They really put a smile on her face! Try it. Pretty underwear totally works, mamas.
P.S. We’re also obsessed this time of year with our UGG boots (both of us!). These are the Bailey Bow boots and they’re easy to slip on, comfy and stylish. Swoon. Oh, and if you love Zoocchini, they also make adorable backpacks!
Disclaimer: I was not compensated for this post. I was, however, sent the underwear from Zoocchini to try out on my little for this review. As always, all opinions are mine and my very opinionated 2-year-olds’. She adores, if that tells you something?
