How I Wore My Heels: To Give Thanks
Sounds cheesy, but this week I’m so thankful for everything that’s come my way. There’s no way I deserve it all (shaking my head), but yet, I’m surrounded by some of the best people in the world who continue to lift me up every, single day and keep me going (this includes my little C. who keeps me going in more ways than one!). This time of year, I always clean out my closet and donate old coats for those less fortunate. It always makes me feel good to give back, you know? But more than just feeling good, I’m really and truly glad I can help. Another way of me saying thanks to you is with a new pair of Alberto Fermani ankle booties. C’mon, you deserve it!
I’ve just recently discovered the Italian luxury brand Alberto Fermani and whoa, I’m in love. When I opened the shoe box to take out these jewels, the suede was so soft and fine, I knew they were super quality. I chose black because I think out of all of my ankle boots (which are so hot on trend right now, by the way), every single, pair was brown! They‘re a nice soft black hue and girls, they‘re comfy, too. (And since I have larger calves, I know I can’t go wrong with ankle boots!) I really love to wear these with cut-offs (which surprisingly around here you can still get away with…I know, gasp!) or skinny jeans…they fit so well and the heel is a perfect everyday height.

I don't have any ankle boots but it would be nice to add them to my wardrobe and these are beautiful as are most of the boots. I chose the Isabella ankle booties in Carbone (Dark Grey) boots in size 9.5

I LOVE ankle boots because I have bigger calves too and have a harder time finding taller boots. Picking just one pair was harder than I thought it would be 🙂 But I would pick the Roma Wedge Ankle Booties in Grigio in a size 8.5.

oh. my. gosh! those boots are sweet!! i always love an italian designer (it's in my blood, 3/4 italian over here!) i'd get a size 9 and the same boots you're wearing! i've been trying to find work appropriate ankle boots and these are it! and i to, and so thankful for everything that i have going on in my life during this time.

oh and wanted to add, that if you didn't point out your pictures were crooked, i never would have known. probably because ive hung pictures that ive had done by a photographer crooked on purpose bc i though they looked cooler like that…and bc i was lazy and didnt want to put 2 holes in my walls. lol
