How I Wore My Heels: Fall Fashion Challenge (+ Giveaway!)
Hope you all had a great loooong weekend – of shopping, right? I know I sure did! It was 102 degrees here this weekend, so I headed to my nearest Marshall’s to get the shopping party started. Nothing cooler than a dressing room right? 😉 I tried on tons of cute things, but walked away with this outfit. Marshall’s (along with Lucky Magazine) asked me to participate in a special “fall fashion challenge” to create an entire outfit from $100 that they provided me. Since COLOR is still so very hot this fall, I went with a gorgeous blue blouse, adding another pop of color with my heels (colorblocking is just so fun!).
You can also find some pretty major handbags (I saw some in bright orange and pink!), but since I chose color for my blouse and heels, I remained neutral with my bag. So what’s the secret behind Marshall’s on-trend and affordable items? It’s in their buyers – they’re the ultimate treasure hunters and are constantly traveling around the world to find deals on the hottest items so you’ll find amazing news pieces in stores each week! *I did spend $20 over, and used my own cami for under the shirt and jewelry. But, can you believe I got all of this for just over $100? (Not to mention, I spent some of my own money on an amazing cropped leather jacket for $30 and a pair of Teva tennis shoes for $9…YES. I’m still reeling over that. I am a size 6, so guess that’s why.)

Love your buys!!! I seriously live in Marshall's! For $100, I would buy a pair of shoes (it's the first section I stop in when I walk-in, haha), and since I am always buying a dress or two (or three), I think I would focus on buying shirts + tops + pants. It's the only sections I neglect at Marshall's. So a pair of shoes, a pair of pants, and a shirt. One complete outift 🙂 xo

oh my… what wouldn't I get lol… the aztec booties are adorable and I can tell ya my 10 yr old who wears the same shoe size as me would probably steal them. I love anything blue, and need a few nice shirts or sweaters for work, so definitely would check out those sections and my daughter would probably get something too. thanks for the chance and have a great week!

I would def. get a new pr of Boots, & a super-soft Cardi to wear w/my new RAZORBACKS tee/jeans to a Hogs game this Fall (I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we actually GET some Fall weather here in AR, right?!?!?!) Thanks for the chance….

Since I heart HEELS too 🙂 I would totally buy some killer Fushia or Cobalt Blue ones and because this fall I'm all about Mohair, The goal would be to buy Colored Mohair Platforms from Marshall's. LOVE the color blocking BTW.
