A Sneak Peek at Pamella Roland’s Spring Collection
So now comes the point where I start freaking out because I leave for fashion week so very, very soon! Yes, squeal with me! So excited (but, ugh, so sad to leave my little C. even if for just a few days…I’m literally addicted to that little lump of loving.) These sketches are def inspiring and making me ready to get there and delve into some high-quality fashion – beautiful, gorgeous pieces of art. Red carpet designer Pamella Roland knows how it’s done, for sure, and I can’t help but admit I hope to rub peep-toes (err, elbows) with some of the stars she dresses while I’m gazing at her dresses at the presentation next week. So glam!
“For Spring 2013, the pamella roland collection is inspired by the iconic American artist Ellsworth Kelly. His stark black and white paintings are part of a body of work that resonate in particular because of their clean – almost severe – lines that speak to a harmony between the shapes that they create.” — Pamella DeVos, designer of pamella roland
