Trend Alert! Suede Ankle Boots
Happy Friday, you sweet things! What’s going on?! I won’t mention Coachella again (ok, fine I will because I have to mention it). Whitney Port’s been wearing the sickest pair of ankle boots, and she wore them to Coachella last weekend. They’re the ASH Jalouse ($235), and they’re such a sweet piece of footwear. Am I right? I love the way they make a V in the front, and the chunkier heel is a nice lil’ foot break (admit it).
Ankle boots are being seen everywhere, and I want some in a MAJOR way. So, it was time for me to get serious about my ankle boot hunt, and I rounded up a few I heart. In camel, tobacco or navy with a contrasting heel. WOW. It’s all just too much.

These are the jadaandjon Mozzie boots ($420), and they also come in a gorgeous blue. They’re actually made to order, and donations from each pair sold go to malarianomore.com. I like the curve these have going on – rugged, yet sophisticated. I would totally wear them with cutoffs (just sayin’).
And now we need a drumroll because I think these might be my favorite. The Rachel Comey Penpal ($403), which is an online exclusive. I was just telling someone today how we could all use a little more navy in our shoe closet (yes, I have these conversations…). These are perfection. Rachel Comey is a design genius. The first ones are my favorites, the color is so pretty!
