For the Luxe Mom! Alexandre Birman (Python!) Flats
Moms wear flats, right? I mean, they just do. No way around it – even the chicest of moms. Especially moms-to-be. Those heels can start to crush your feet there at the end, no? But, no one says you have to wear something hideous just because you’re abstaining from heels – for the moment, of course. I absolutely adore these python (!) ballerina flats Kate Hudson wore (on Mother’s Day in London, natch) by Alexandre Birman. They do retail for $495, so if you’re wanting luxe mom flats, these are your winners, haha. (Would probably be my only pair of “mom” flats, but hey!)
They come in tons of colors at Saks, Bergdorfs, Neimans and Net-a-Porter, so you have your options. Other stars/fellow moms who heart them? Courteney Cox, Demi Moore and Karolina Kurkova. Now about that shoe fund…(I hear it draining…siiiiiigh…but I will look chic on the playground!)
