How I Wore My Heels…to the Movies
Can you believe it is still 90-degree weather down south?! It’s October, for crying out loud. I’m so ready to bust out my tights, but just can’t do it in this heat. Thus, I’m still painting my toenails my favorite chocolate brown hue (Essie’s Little Brown Dress, in case you wanna know). At least, the mornings and nights around here have been cool, so the other evening I played dress-up (sans tights, but with my new jacket from Anthropologie!) and went on a movie date with D. Swoon.
Here’s how I wore my heels:
**Black tee by ADAM (This was actually a gift at his runway show last year, and it’s so, so soft. It has words like “love” printed on the front that you can’t see here.)
**Purple beads from local shop, Indigo
**Watch gifted by Michele
**Olive green skirt by BCBG Max Azria (This skirt is seriously comfy, and will only go with heels because of the length. The long waist and a-line style is extra-flattering.)
**Leather jacket by Idra from Anthropologie (The buttery hue is unlike most others I’ve seen, and the varsity style can be dressed up or down.)
**Heels gifted by Report Signature (These are the “Harriot” and despite the tall heel, are still manageable. I love the t-strap style, and the camel hue is so hot for fall. I’ll pair these with tights soon!!)

complain that they can’t find help. And you know it’s true because it usually takes twice as long to get served as it did before COVID-19.
