NY Fashion Week F/W 2010: G-Star RAW
Sooo so glad F/W correspondent H. was able to cover the G-Star RAW show for I Heart Heels – this was the invite of the season! Check out the amazing photos from the balcony – pretty cool, no? (I heart the bright green – a redhead’s wardrobe heaven!) Here’s how the show went…
It seemed like all of New York turned at the Hammerstein Ballroom for the G-Star show! Celebrities such as Liv Tyler, Adam Lambert, John Legend, Kelly Osbourne, Natasha Bedingfield, Nate Parker, Peaches Geldof (and even more!) were all in attendance. The show was filled with bold, bright, primary colors and, of course, there were different shades of denim. They started the show with bright sunny yellow jackets and hats that looked like the models were straight out of a comic book. Bold, flowing, sexy, chunky and very nautical were all words used to describe the clothes in the show. Bright-yellow wool trench coats, military-inspired jackets, fitted sweaters and cardigans, fitted yet flowing womenswear, and, of course, their jeans! It was great to see so much color in the tights, gloves and especially the clothes!
