• Add exercise. Your physical well being is going to be enhanced when you add exercise into your routine. Eating an unhealthy diet that is low in sugar while consuming fruits and vegetables along with exercise will help you to keep your weight at a normal level. BMI is not a good indicator of your weight, but your clothing and the way you feel within yourself and your fitness levels are.
• Add fiber to your diet. With more fiber, you will feel full for longer and will be able to maintain a healthier weight. With whole grain cereals, wholemeal bread, fruit or vegetables you can pack more fiber into your diet and feel better in yourself for longer.
