It’s Cold, Y’all

I’m not a cold-weather lover (at all), so when it gets cold, I look for something so chic it makes me not even think about shivering. Take these Draper James mittens, for instance. Total CUTENESS, y’all. (can’t help it)

Accessories are my jam

It’s especially important to find adorable accessories that amp up your winter outfit that much more. I kinda love what Reese Witherspoon is doing with her Draper James line. (And terribly sad I missed her in Dallas this fall when she opened her new store at Highland Park Village, one of my fav shopping spots of all time.) There are some pretty adorable outfits in the Draper James collection, but the accessories are totally killing it. Reese herself loves to carry this tote bag out and about, and it’s quite possibly a southern girl’s dream. (y’all know I’m based outta Arkansas, right?)

And while I’m not exactly excited about the cold weather, I am excited about Christmas, cozy sweaters and continuous praline lattes (because who sleeps this time of year? ok, ever.). These mittens will be accompanying my little hands for the next several months, and who knows maybe they’ll even start a great conversation with someone? Wink. Cheers to you and yours.
