One of my fav fashion retailers is Express. Why? Because when I’m looking for a place where I want to shop, where I want to give my loyalty, yada, yada…I obvi want great fashion. But, customer service is also very important to me. Believe me, I’ve stopped shopping at certain places just because of this…I can always find more fashion I love, elsewhere. So, I’m really excited to tell you about Express NEXT, a new points-based loyalty system for Express customers throughout the U.S.

It replaces the previous loyalty program that was only available to Express cardholders – now anyone and everyone can get involved! Way to listen to the customers, Express (clapping hands). Whether you’re shopping in store or online, all you have to do is register your phone number and email to start gaining points. In fact, everything is managed electronically so you don’t have to keep up with a pesky card (heavens, I own too many anyway!). The coolest part about this new program for this social media junkie? You can not only gain those points by buying things from Express, but also when you engage in social media…post your new peep-toes on Twitter, share them on Facebook!
Such a great idea to me, and one that I think is going to work very successfully for Express. What do you think…are you as excited as I am?
