I can’t tell you how much I adore these embellished bracelets I recently stumbled upon. Remember back in the day when our boyfriends used to buy us inexpensive promise rings and we all sat around making those fun friendship bracelets from yarn back in junior high?? Ok, well at least I did, and I was addicted. This takes me back! (um, although these are quite better than my designs, might I add) Threads of Friendship is the name of this super-cute line created by Kollene McGinley of L.A. and inspired by her BFF Andrea Barna (of A by Andrea Barna Jewelry).
$2.00 from each sale of these rhinestone- and charm-encrusted beauties (they run about $50 each) is donated to the Best Buddies charity and the Walkabout Foundation. And psst…the line is currently in discussions with so many chic stores. I can’t wait to see these girls go far – so much talent! I know I plan to wear my bracelets (stacked obvi) all. summer. long.
