More alice + olivia spring goodies…

To follow the fancy footwork that was alice + olivia‘s shoe preview, today you get a better look at the vivid designs that will be sashaying down the street this spring. How nice of us, right? Looking at each delivery in its entirety, a common theme of balanced glamour came to mind. For every embellished shift, there was a smart pair of pants. Where there are over-the-top ruffles, there are also more structured pieces. One of my favorites? A leather corset with a sheer overlay. 

Sophisticated chiffon tops with retro collars can be instantly modernized by wearing them with bright denim. Yes, denim. Amongst the three super-strong deliveries, denim so bright it will make your highlighters look dull, is another major first in the alice + olivia spring collection. Uncharted territory is really becoming Stacey Bendet’s thing for the upcoming season and I, for one, applaud her. This vast delivery that generally gets more saturated and vivacious as the temperature rises with the calendar months is sure to inspire some sensational spring shopping.
