The Ultimate Fragrance Accessory
For the last couple of months, I’ve been using my new favorite perfume – SJP NYC (60 ml, $49, available at Macy’s). Let’s get this straight. Sarah Jessica Parker, NYC, fragrance and fashion? Yes, please! I’ve been a fan of SJP’s Lovely for quite some time now – it’s such a soft, pretty fragrance. To be honest, I didn’t think she could top it. But, oh yes, she did! And the hot-pink bottle is so swoon-worthy – it’s any fashion lover’s fav addition to the beauty counter.
βItβs about mixing things up and breaking rules, all of the things I like about fashion.β – sjp
So, what is the scent? Well, I call it cotton candy (it smells just like it to me! not a bad thing, either – even my hairdresser noticed it!), but the press release calls it a “deliciously addictive fruity floral built around a vivacious wild strawberry accord, lush gardenia and creamy, sensual undertones.” The whole fragrance is inspired by Carrie Bradshaw walking down the streets of New York, so what fashionista couldn’t fall in love with this fragrance? Smells so sweet and looks so chic. Totally in love.
P.S. Can’t get enough, or just want an even more subtle scent? There’s also a body lotion for $25!

I haven't tried NYC yet – but I like SJP's other fragrances so I must get hold of some to try. Usually I'm not a big fan of sweet fragrances – but you've made this one sound like it could be pretty good.
Great post!
