Ok, so you know how I posted last weekend about the AWESOME warehouse sale at shopintuition.com? My dream come true really was too good to be true! Let me first apologize if this same thing happened to you as it did me. So, I thought I had scored 5 pricey items worth $300 for $50, right? Nope.
I track my package yesterday to find out it’s a day early – yea!! Only to see a measly small Fedex bag sitting on my doorstep. I think to myself, this can’t be everything? And it wasn’t. The hoodie to my hoodie-pants outfit was on backorder and so were the leather flip-flops and Bailey 44 tee. I had received the pants to the outfit and a sleeveless soft gray hoodie (which I love, but that’s not the point). Some deal, huh?
I got an e-mail today saying the hoodie was out of stock and I won’t be receiving it, and then I called and I evidentally won’t be receiving my flip-flops or tee, either. Of course I wasn’t charged and they said I could send the pants back, but who cares? Lousy service and dishonesty totally just lost me as a customer. Goodbye Intuition, goodbye!
